Healthy Hemp Smoothie Ingredients :
- Barley grass powder – 1 teaspoon
- A teaspoon maca powder
- 1 tablespoon Hemp protein powder
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 large kale leaves
- 1 chopped ripe banana
- 1 chopped medium sized apple
- A cup of almond milk or soy milk
