 Ingredients you will need: 


  • Ayurvedic Hemp oil – ¼ cup 
  • White vinegar- ¼ cup 
  • Garlic (chopped or minced)- 4 cloves 
  • Pepper – 1/8 teaspoon 
  • Salad greens and your regular salad vegetables. 

Preparation time:


  • 10 mins 


  • Remember to keep your greens dry when you begin with the salad. 
  • Mix the greens and vegetables of your choice in the quantities that you usually prefer. 
  • Once you get your salad done, it sure calls for a dressing or seasoning. 
  • Mix Hemp seed oil with white vinegar in the quantities mentioned previously. 
  • Add garlic and pepper to the above for taste and mix until fully incorporated. 
  • Let sit for 3 mins so that the taste of the ingredients comes through. 
  • Now add this Hemp oil dressing to your salad.
